RETURNS

We want our Royal’s to absolutely love their products!

We do our best to ensure all products are in tip top condition when they arrive to you, however we do not refund returns for change of mind, we offer store credit note (valid for one month) or can facilitate exchange if an alternate size is available.

BOTTOMS OR ONE PIECES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO HYGIENE CONCERNS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY.

Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended.

Our Return policy lasts 14 days (after you receive your order). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with hygiene liners in place.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for STORE CREDIT.

Any item not in its original condition, appears to have been worn or damaged are not eligible for a return.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and we will be in contact with you via email.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your parcel when returning your item.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for items that have been purchased using a discount code.

RETURN SHIPPING


To return your product, you should email us and we will provide you with the return address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Return Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your item/s size change will be automatically issued.
Due to the epidemic mic, some areas are locked down. This may cause the return and refund processing time to be delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Faulty Items Returns
If you receive an item which:
  • is damaged, defective or not of acceptable quality;
  • is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • does not match its description.
refer to our Terms and Conditions of purchase - you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or repair of the item. Faulty items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process. Our returns and refund policies do not limit other rights and remedies you may have under law such as the Australian Consumer Law, including in respect of faulty items. Change of Mind Return Methods
1. Parcel Point: Return through your local Parcel Point store in over 1,300 locations. Open 7 days a week. Australia wide flat rate at $1 will be deducted from your refund if the package weight is under 20kg.
2. Post Office: Return through your local Australia Post post office in over 4,400 locations, Open Mon - Sat. Australia wide flat rate at $10.52 will be deducted from your refund if the package weight is under 20kg.
Return Steps
(1) Sign into your Royal Exiit account.
(2) Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
(3) Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
(4) According to your request, a return link or a return label has been successfully obtained. Follow the return list guidelines to complete the return.
(5) Print out return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
(6) Drop off at your designated Parcel point or Australia post location.
1. The items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, marked, washed or altered in any way.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: free gifts, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Note: 1.Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Royal Exiit items.
Refunds
1. Refund method
The refund will be processed to your Royal Exiit wallet.
2. Refund process time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. This is an estimated timeframe to accommodate current situations, most refunds will be processed before this.
A) All and every refund goes to your Royal Exiit wallet, it will be refunded within 24 hours. Wallet balances can be used on your next purchase.
B) If you have made payment with any of the following the estimated timeframe is:  Afterpay ; 1-5 working days for PayPal ; 7-14 working days for Card Payment . Depending on the processing time of the platform/bank.
Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
NOTE: Shipping and dispatch times are an estimate, no refunds for delayed shipping or delayed arrival date. Please contact support to resolve any issues. 
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 60 days after your order was first placed.
